Installing ArangoDB on Linux

    • Follow the installation instructions on the Download page to use yourfavorite package manager for the major distributions. After setting up the ArangoDBrepository you can easily install ArangoDB using yum, aptitude, urpmi or zypper.

    In addition to installation packages (distribution dependent) a archiveis available starting from version 3.4.0.

    After installation, you may start ArangoDB in several ways. The exact start-up commanddepends on your Linux distribution, as well as on the type of ArangoDB deployment youare interested in (Single Server, Master-Slave, Active Failover, Cluster, DC2DC).
