This tool moved selected vertices/edges/faces along their own normal (perpendicular to the face), which, on “standard normal meshes”, will shrink/fatten them.

均匀偏移 S, Alt

对偏移量进行缩放，获得更加均匀的厚度。偏移系数越高，共用顶点的面形成更加尖锐的角度。
